Spindle profile milling cutter for high product quality
One of the most important tasks in the continuous processing of
– expanded (EPS)
– extruded polystyrene (XPS) (extruder foam)
– Polyurethane (PUR)
is profiling, which is carried out on double-end tenoners with spindle profile milling cutters. In the thermal insulation industry, spindle profile cutters are therefore decisively responsible for product quality.
The ZEIM HM profile milling cutter range includes both the smooth, stepped rebate and tongue/groove production common in the thermal insulation industry.
