We manufacture application-oriented tool solutions using the latest cutting-edge technology on tool grinding machines with up to 7 axes with maximum precision and various adaptations, such as cylindrical shanks, SK, MK or HSK.
Standard tools according to DIN or ISO are not included in the ZEIM production program.
According to this definition, ZEIM milling cutters are exclusively drawing-based tools which are designed and manufactured for only one customer and for a very special machining problem.
The modern machine park, expanded according to innovative aspects, enables the production of the most varied tool designs in connection with all known and available cutting materials:
