5. Analytics Tools / Third Parties

Google Analytics
This website uses features of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies.” These are text files stored on your computer that enable analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. This means your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Legal basis
The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Opting out of data collection
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by allowing only essential cookies.

Storage duration
The data we send and link to cookies, user IDs or advertising IDs is automatically deleted after 14 months.

Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. Provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether data entered on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human or by an automated program. The analysis begins automatically when the visitor accesses the site. reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, duration of the visit, mouse movements). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

Legal basis
The storage and analysis of the data takes place based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Data transfer to third countries
The data collected as part of reCAPTCHA is forwarded to Google. This may also involve a transfer to Google LLC servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Right to withdraw
You can revoke your consent at any time. The legality of the data processing up to the point of revocation remains unaffected.
