Pneumatic deburring device for flexible moulded foams

Facilitation and rationalization characterize the Gratex. Traditional techniques with knives, blades, scissors or grinders are a thing of the past with the use of this device. Especially when deburring seams that run centrally on flat or curved moulded foam surfaces, the Gratex also removes the rib-like hardenings in a single operation.

The rotating blade was specially designed for this application. The cutting skid ensures that the device can be easily guided and that the burr to be removed is precisely positioned in the cutting area of the knife.

Due to the high-quality basic raw material and a special grinding for the moulded foam, a very good cut and a long service life are achieved. If the knife loses sharpness, the user can immediately restore sharpness with the integrated grinding pencil. This process can be repeated several times.
